By taking part in Joice Café’s Spin the Wheel promotion, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
Eligibility
Open to all customers aged 18 or above.
Each customer may spin the wheel only once per promotional period.
Voucher & Prize Rules
£10 Voucher: Valid with a minimum spend of £30.
£5 Voucher: Valid with a minimum spend of £15.
Free Coffee & Free Dessert: Redeemable only when ordering at least one main dish.
Discounts (10% / 20%): Single use only and must be applied during checkout.
All prizes are valid once per customer and cannot be exchanged for cash.
Discounts, freebies, and vouchers cannot be combined with other offers, set menus, or promotions.
Redemption
Prizes must be redeemed at the time of purchase and cannot be applied to previous transactions.
Only one reward per checkout is permitted.
Rewards are valid at all Joice Café branches.
General
Prizes are non-transferable.
Joice Café reserves the right to amend or withdraw this promotion at any time without prior notice.
In case of dispute, management’s decision will be final.
